1. 30-Day Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) required.

Process & Timelines

  1. Request Submission

    • Email info@camisaventa.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Response Time: Manual review and approval within 7–10 business days.

  2. Return Shipping

    • EU Customers: Use the prepaid DHL return label (issued within 7 business days after approval).

    • International Customers: Ship to our Paris center using a tracked method (no reimbursement provided).

  3. Quality Inspection & Refund

    • Inspection begins within 7 business days of receiving the return.

    • Refund Processing:

      • Approved refunds issued within 14–21 business days post-inspection.

      • Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Products: Engraved/embroidered items or made-to-order designs.

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Goods: Undergarments, socks, swimwear (if hygiene seals are broken).

  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as "Non-Returnable" on product pages.


3. Defective Product Resolution

Definition: Manufacturing flaws (e.g., loose stitching, glue separation, incorrect sizing).

Process:

  1. Report Within 14 Days: Email clear photos/videos of defects to support@camisaventa.com.

  2. Verification:

    • Review completed within 7 business days.

    • Provide photos of tags and undamaged packaging.

  3. Resolution:

    • Replacement shipped in 14–21 business days (if stock available).

    • Full refund issued if replacement is unavailable (timeline as above).


4. Responsibilities & Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Returns sent to incorrect addresses will be rejected; reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping Risks: International returns require tracked shipping; lost parcels can only be investigated after 21 business days.

  • Force Majeure: Delays due to customs, natural disasters, etc., may extend resolution times to 30 business days.
